ABOUT ME

Brooke Schohl, MS, RD, CSSD

"You deserve a Dietitian who understands YOUR sport

and the fueling demands it places on your body!"

Simple, effective fuel plans for endurance athletes. This was my goal when I founded Fuel to the Finish in 2012, and it remains my #1 objective today. There are so many fueling misconceptions out there among endurance athletes. It can be frustrating and time consuming wading through all of the bad information to find what truly works for you.

This is my area of expertise!  Let me help you simplify and develop a fuel plan that elevates your performance and your health. Your new fuel plan will mean improved fat-for-fuel utilization, stabilized blood sugar, consistent energy levels, accelerated recovery and the absence of tummy troubles.  Do not accept gastro-intestinal (GI) issues as the norm!  When I first began my triathlon career, I had debilitating stomach issues.  I have been able to solve this pesky problem for myself and for hundreds of other endurance athletes.

It's been a true honor to help my clients excel through epic events such as Leadville, Ultraman, Ironman World Championships (70.3 and Kona), the Boston Marathon, the San Diego 100, the Breck Epic, the Dirty Kanza and many, many more.  I welcome all levels - from novice to pro.
